Different Company

Pros

Benefits, pay, experience, and most people

Cons

Executive and senior leadership keep their roles and increases at the expense of the true tenured, impactful leaders and contributors. Executives have more rumored scandals and inappropriate relationships than any of the petty reasons they let the backbone of the company go for. Harassing, bullying, coverups happening throughout the organization and rooted in HR so don’t bother thinking anyone is there to listen or support you. DEI is dead and no one cares who’s making more money. Don’t ask why you aren’t getting an increase or annual bonus, that’s the fastrack to unemployment. It used to be about performance and productivity impact but now it’s about who can be puppeteered most effectively. More layoffs and downsizing to come. Don’t get caught off guard.

Overral alright

Pros

Since it is hourly + commission, you can make some good money monthly. My team was supportive and drama free, which also helped.

Cons

Selling techniques many times involve omitting information on what the customer is actually getting with the purchase. Not only is that practice taught, but also incentivized.
