Pros

competitive wages and benefits, great values/yearly objectives, many internal promotions and opps for advancement, energetic/dynamic environment and great products to feel proud of...

Cons

incredible differences in "living the TMobile values" from site to site, and "be careful what you ask for" as promotions may lead to pay raises but don't get caught in the middle...front-line is aways number one for appreciation and rewards ...then until/unless you make it to higher management, you will be the fall guy...

Pros

Benefits, PTO, Employee Discount. Overall the company is great, but middle management tends to get in the way a lot.

Cons

MICRO MANAGEMENT to a level I've never experienced before in my life! They tell you to run your store as if it were your own business, and then they give you a 100 step plan that needs to be followed. If your store is last in numbers they will try to change your methods, but if your store is number one in the whole market, they will also try to change your methods. They keep changing their mind and telling you to do something one week and then completely change it the next week, and then change it back the following, and then change it again in two weeks. FRUSTRATING! Also, company added a new value called "Stay Scrappy" and boy oh boy, are they getting cheap! Cutting labor budget, not giving us pay raises one year, ending All Hands meetings which I looked forward to attending to replace it with 6 times a year store meetings. I used to love coming to work, now I hate it and I go home crying at least once a week, only to be called at 11:30pm by my boss to do more work.
