Pros

Co-workers are generally happy. There is respect for the individual. Vacation time is generous and health care is solid. Except for big project pushes, stress is low.

Cons

Boring. Pace is slow and IT work is rote. It's all RDBMS and SOAP web services. Nothing cutting edge going on here. Drew an unlucky card with management. Manager is in a different time zone and does not return my phone calls or emails.
