Pros

Great compensation and benefits package, compared to other call center leadership jobs. Opportunity for advancement is good within the centers, although management positions come open rarely.

Cons

Once you're in operations in the call center, it can be difficult to transition to a support role. Company restructuring right now makes this an uncertain time to work for T-Mobile.

Pros

Amazing benefits if you can get in a full time position.

Cons

T-Mobile is in a volatile state after the fail of the at&t merger. The entire National Retail Account team is being laid off this summer and jobs are moving to an outside company.
