Pros

hours, pay allright, phone plans good, benefits great. overall was an ok place to learn this business. really good health insurance.

Cons

distrust of all employees, treated staff as if they were incapable of doing a good job. Micro managing and poor feedback. Raises were arbitrary at discretion of managers, if they liked you, you would get a good raise, if they wanted you out they found a way around most laws available. was forced to get rid of an employeee just because the employee had a few minor problems but stood by they company when they were the only one still working at the store.

Pros

The benefits are awesome. There is always a level of excitement brought in-house to product. The company is very confident in its ability and that same confidence makes you proud of the product and company.

Cons

Changes are not always communicated in a timely fashion and errors are communicated after the fact, not before which causes some trust issues between associates and management. TMobile promotes a healthy work life balance, but it does not happen in real life.
