Pros

T-Mobile is a great place to work. In my time there I grew in my career, and it the opportunities afforded to me.

Cons

There are a fair amount of people working there who have been there for a long time (10+ years), which can prevent new processes from being adopted to respond to market changes.

Pros

Because the amount of money you make depends on you, work environment is laxed and like a family, provides you with great benefits

Cons

commission structure changes are very drastic and too often, organizational changes are often especially as you move further up in the company

Pros

Great benefits, most co-workers are friendly, and I like their core values and corporate goals a lot.. very competitive salary structure.

Cons

Most managers and assistant managers still display favoritism towards some reps which causes a lot of ripples and antagonism among reps. Complaints are made but it seems that nothing has been done about it. I guess this happens a lot in corporate America. You get promoted quicker if somebody in the higher ups knows you or likes you. Other than that, it's a good company to work for.
