Pros

Great, knowledgable people with awesome benefits and pay. They take very good care of their people and strive to make their customers feel like they are welcome. Customer service team is outstanding and goes out of their way to help a rep and their customer get the very best of everything to ensure that the customer's standards are more than exceeded. Teams at store level are very close and very competitive but cultivate a "grow as a store" culture. At my store, we had a no man is left behind attitude and would do anything we could to make sure everyone met / exceeded quota and enjoyied their time at work.

Cons

Very little turn over so small amount of opportunity for promotions... even after years with the company and an awesome track record... cutting commissions/pay on top of an already confusing structure.

Pros

Stable/secure company due to lots of customers. Fringe benefits (i.e., discounted employee cell phone plan) are useful and appreciated by employees. Also, the option to get a new cell phone every few years as an employee is another nice perk of being an employee. Employee team-building trips are fun and the variety of trips is also nice.

Cons

Low salary is the biggest downside to working at this organization. Similar cell phone companies pay their employees far better than this organization is capable of doing. Lack of growth opportunities is another factor why employee morale is down and they tend to have a high turnover rate in certain departments. Employees at this organization don't respect one another and management has no regard for lower-level employees contrary to what management may say.

Pros

Its easy if your people oriented , you get paid well, hourly and commission is good, it use to be great. I use to average 1500-2400 a month on commission as a Part Timer. I worked with other reps who averaged between 2500-4000 a month full time.

Cons

Monthly Quota, and now t mobile has changed its employees compensation package to something called "simple comp" and its terrible! I wish t mobile compensation structure would have stayed the way it was before.
