Pros

T-Mobile is a positive, values-oriented, high integrity organization. I am pleased that the company's leadership team truly tries to live the values that are espoused instead of just talking about values about it. My management group is actively engaged in the details of the business and provides great strategic planning on a day-to-day basis to serve our customers in the highest possible way. I am proud to be a part of the T-Mobile team and enjoy the daily challenges that come my way!!

Cons

T-Mobile is one of the best companies I have worked for. The significant travel required in my position can be a challenge when managing the work/life balance, but I was aware it was a requirement when I took the job so I can't complain. The employee phone benefit is also not as good as it could be based on the taxation calculation.

Pros

*great pay w/ commission 8.25/hr plus commission..... *lowest rate plans *decent coverage *customer care is awesome to work with when helping customers *most customers are loyal

Cons

*black sheep of all the carriers, have to work harder at converting ppl from other carriers *decent coverage....means customers coming from verizon and att may have had better coverage *flexpay should be optional. i think t-mobile needs and option for deposits for those who want regular accounts.... *SOME managers are very lazy. usually busier stores have managers who work hard and hold their ground. slower stores barely ever see their manager *more laid back than other companies, sometimes felt unprofessional *Constant outreach. The only company i've noticed where we have to go out to other businesses and lure people in to the store. If we wait for customers, we won't get any business. (slow location)
