Pros

Lots of down time, easy job, you can win cool phones, discounted phone bill, that is about it I think.

Cons

HIGHER PAY AT THE STORE LEVEL WOULD FIX ALMOST EVERY CON ABOUT WORKING FOR T-MOBILE: The pay is very low for the work expected. Very limited opportunity for advancement to get a raise. Sales goals are always unrealistic if you are in a low-volume store...if then you can not meet your sales goals, you will be written up. If you are written up too much, you are fired. Lot's of immaturaty and unprofessionalism within the stores. Most store managers try to be friends with the employees (the don't get paid much either, so this level of unprofessionalism is to be expected), but then cliques form and it feels like high school all over again. They will only hire a "young and hip" crowd, so don't bother applying if you are over 30, unless you are a laid-off CEO, then they might offer you an assistant store manager position a very low wage.

Pros

The health insurance is fantastic. Pay is just okay, and they try to wriggle out of bonuses when the time comes.

Cons

pretend that the employees are important, but its all just fluff . They don't interact in their daily meetings with them

Pros

Great opportunities to move up if you're a good performer, possess strong interpersonal skills, and are professional. Your team members are generally a delight to work with. There is a great opportunity to meet life long friends here. Diverse culture.

Cons

The metrics set in place are designed in a way that you can not exceed them to a point where you can be noticed for your efforts unless you're being dishonest in some way shape or form. The company is a pay for performance company and the CSR's QA affects their supervisors bonus, and the supervisor are the ones that perform the QA - This is a conflict of interest and allows for numbers to be skewed. This caused the performance metrics to be raised and goals were more challenging to meet. Management also has challenges filling positions that are in dire need within a reasonable amount of time, causing a lot of dissatisfaction and a significant increase of workload for other employees.
