Pros

Amazing benefits packages. Depending on where you come into the company, possible growth...

Cons

Senior leadership have not been in wireless industry and have only been with company T-Mo <1year. Tmo USA is a cash cow for parent DT, however, DT is losing money on other ventures so it is yoking Tmo USA to fix that issue. It is unfortunate that our customer service scores have gone down, but looking at the datat, it was when they stopped paying their "frontline" employees well. Un happy reps are hard to motivate. It is retail, so keep that in mind with regards to family time. They want to promote a best place to work atmosphere, but have failed miserably over the last 3 years to do so.

Pros

They hadgreat technology that made it really easy to sell T-Mobile. I also felth that we did have a great network and company also we have great customer service. 4th quater was always fun to work since that is the companys busy season.

Cons

Long hours, unfair promotions. Compensations going down year after year while sales are increasing. There was also alot of busy work that we had to do, and we were never thanked for always going the extra mile. Regional mananger and managers tend to do nothing to help you. T-Mobile needs to get rid of lot of middle management postions, and be mroe streamlined.

Pros

The cost of phone service for employees is great. The people are great to work with and there are a lot of really talented dedicated people there.

Cons

Management does not have any clue how to build a supportable infrastructure. All the products are outsourced and there is a complete lack of thought on how to build an infrastructure vs just rolling out a new feature. Things are expected to be status quo in support, but the operations teams take the brunt of mistakes made by engineering.
