      Pros

      work and life balance good benefit package relaxed working environment plenty of work to do / security large company with availablity relocation if interested

      Cons

      so many moving parts; focus is often miscommunicated and /or lost relocation done at your own cost (below upper management postions)

      Pros

      They give out phone to employee's before they launch sometimes so they we can get familiar with them.

      Cons

      If your not good in with the district manager or manager, you will never move up in the company. They don't care about their employee's or customer's. Managers always get mad if you don't close the sale, even if they know that its not for the customers.

      Pros

      Some really smart people all working in a creative environment. Always new challenges. Developing relationships throuhgout the company highly encouraged. Competition encourages people to perform at their best. Change is constant.

      Cons

      Working environment can be quite unstable given high degree of change. Reorganizations happened all the time. Who you know can override performance and competence in advancement situations. Work life balance is not always as valued as it is promoted. Not as many flexible work opportunities as other companies
