Pros

Good benefits, good co-workers, and hybrid work schedule.

Cons

30-40% less pay than other solution engineers. Most account executives don't know what they're doing, so we have to spend time enabling them, but most of them are stubborn and won't take our advice. We are not just pre-sales as solution engineers are supposed to be. We waste too much time dealing with post-sales support issues because our account managers and support teams are unqualified and don't know what they're doing. Culture and values have gone down the drain. The Trump admin told T-Mobile to lose DEI or their US Cellular merger will get blocked. So, T-Mobile got rid of DEI. The Executives benefits package should include knee pads this year if they're going to put out so easily.
