Pros

Overall good benefits. Acceptable pay. Flexible with time and schedules. Good technology stacks.

Cons

Chaos. From constant reorgs, to the Sprint merge, things are constantly changing at T-Mobile. Your managers can change right when it's time to do a yearly review. Development is impacted by outdated policies and practices that no longer make any sense. Frequent retrospectives lead to almost no outcomes, and the same issues appear in every single one. Managers are more concerned with looking good than making positive change. Some team's leaders are known for severe micromanaging. Terrible NPEs.
