Pros

Benefits and PTO, also the teamwork, phone discount

Cons

Leadership is lackluster. since the sprint merger the culture deteriorated. Pay is mid. For years T-Mobile was a place I was proud to work at. I achieved multiple sales related goals, and got promoted. I was able to lead others to become leaders as well. Those impacts were never recognized or celebrated. Once the company merged with Sprint everything that made us a disruptor and a great place to work disappeared. Senior leadership stopped listening to customers and employees and only started looking for shortcuts. They took the best part of T-Mobile away which was the human element. They keep senior managers in place who don't perform but brag about how many people they fire, not the people they promote.

Pros

Benefits, health care, 401k match, employee stock purchase plan, operate as a business owner, team building and culture within stores is strong and team-focused.

Cons

Since CEO change and merger with Sprint, morale has dipped considerably. Company chases stock price and how Wall Street judges it over building longterm and valuing employee happiness and feeling valued. No longer feels UnCarrier.

Pros

Wireless service discount Decent vision insurance Co-workers

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
