      Decent pay once you're in better departments outside of phones or processing. Great benefits and 401k matching.

      Cons

      Management an co-workers are often in cliques, and if you question any of their ways or bring up concerns about such- it's a gamble on if management will take it seriously at their level or if you need to escalate and/or involve HR.
