The job is flexible. There is good communication with management. Get to use hand tools and troubleshooting equipment. I get three weeks off a year, including sick leave.

Cons

Sometimes there is a delay when I need help troubleshooting equipment.

Cons

While they care about employees in many aspects, they do not provide the best salary. There can be some microaggressions from certain people.
