You got chance to work on various of projects on dev team.

Cons

Low pay. Company not recognise employee's achievements. Too much poor legacy from former hiring manager. People knows nothing get hired and dragging the team down. People knows nothing get much more paid than people who does actual work. Internal structure keeps changing. People come and go.

Need to have teams work together more directly; less finger pointing more direct support of each other.
