Nothing I am think of other than a job that pays the bills. Coworker is somewhat supportive when it comes to solving problems

Cons

Managent does not open to listening to employee ideas and feedback. This needs to be addressed if the company want to go anywhere

Free beer Fairly good location (business park has shuttle service for this company and others in the building, to/from sky train) New kitchen, bbq

Cons

Bad management Unethical practices might make your job harder (could cause you stress) Pay not the best if you live in an expensive area like metro Vancouver Quarterly layoffs for the last few months (any day could be your last day)

I worked and poured my heart into the company for almost 5 years producing great numbers for RSM with new business opportunities and achieving my goals set out for me every quarter! Great staff good friends, nice new lunch room , free beer, specialty coffee , low pay and bonus.

Cons

Bad management, structures change all the time and unstable! It's amazing how many folks I've seen at there desk shoe shopping or clothing and they are still working there! From time to time there are swearing and just flys out the window.
