HR is useless as they will report to site management to investigate. The site will investigate themselves, find nothing wrong and report that to HR, then target the person management thinks reported it. Shift work in 12 hr shifts for a 24x7 site. Rotating 2 - 3 days, alternating weekends. Days/nights swap quarterly. This is site specific, though.
