Cons
None that I can think of. T5 is not a huge hyperscaler company like Google or Amazon and the pay reflects that but they are competitive in the area and offers more in the other areas like growth, work life balance and culture than those other companies do. Those people come to T5 when they are tired of being overworked with no appreciation or recognition. Money isnt everything.
No job or company is perfect but theres never been anything substantial enough to cause any concerns for me. Truly a great place to work.
