Cons

no breaks on 12-hour shifts turn over is huge most people stay 3 months and leave they don't follow processes If you are really desperate and want to work with no breaks for 12 hours

Pros

Possibly the best group of people one could work for! Competitive pay, and HUGE support network. If you enjoy pushing yourself to your limits, especially in technical knowledge, this is definitely a great fit for you.

Cons

Truthfully, I can’t really think of any cons. Maybe too much “required monthly trainings (eg: HR, safety, etc)… but that’s probably universal across other companies within the same sector.
