Employees across the board are a positive, highly-motivated group committed to delivering their very best every day at work. Strong team atmosphere where everyone has an important role and the ability to make an impact. Good environment for those who are self-directed, take ownership and pride in their work, and want to be appreciated for their efforts. Small enough that everyone knows your name.

Cons

Not recommended for individuals who require a lot of day-to-day oversight / direction or who are accustomed to working in large highly-silo'ed organizations.
