Pros

You can earn a nice paycheck, but it isn't worth it.

Cons

Not the ideal place to try to improve your career. Management is unprofessional and it is like the good ol boys club

It was super awesome working with people who had more experience in working with data analytics, I learned so much.

Cons

It is a fast paced environment so it can be a little overwhelming.
