Pros
1. This is a company that continues to adapt to more flexible working arrangements and strive for everyone to have a better work life balance. As a new mom this year, I was grateful for how the company gave me the option to really ease back into work while I figured out a big change personally.
2. The creative and collaborative environment is absolutely incredible here. The things we achieve as a team are really exciting and truly never boring.
3. Opportunities! Since day one working at Tait, I have never been limited to what role I am in. I've been able to work alongside other departments and learn more if it interested me. I knew this was a company I would want to grow at and I have held 4 roles over my time here.

It can be high stress environment at times. We can have tight deadlines and everyone wants to produce the best work possible.
