Pros

Inclusive with lots of perks

Cons

Some tend to focus a lot on the negatives and don't realize how nice this company is compared to others. This energy is draining

Pros

Highly motivated staff Amazing projects Compensates fairly for long hours A desire to stay innovative Some incredibly intelligent people working here

Cons

Stuck in their old ways at points. You can tell there’s like 4-5 people who make the call. They do the thing where they encourage you to speak up and try to improve things but the minute it clashes with what’s the norm you’re essentially told to drop it and move on. Some managers shouldn’t be in charge of people. But that’s typical for most big companies. Very weak vacation package. 14 days off total and only 6 holidays. You can do unpaid leave but it’s subject to approval by management and some managers “don’t believe in that.” It increases 5 days every 5 years, but when you spend 60 hours a week at times, it burns you out quickly.

It's better than it used to be but there's still room for improvement.

Pros

Great people to work with, casual environment, very interesting projects. There are a lot of new faces in middle and upper management who seem like they plan to steer the company in the right direction.

Cons

Many of the veteran employees have the "we've always done it this way" mentality and don't want to change their ways. The benefits are fair but the pay could definitely be better when compared to other jobs in the area. Unlike many other companies, you are forced to take a personal day if you are sick which is especially bad if you are a new employee who hasn't earned any personal days yet. Also, you cannot roll over any vacation days into the next year.
