      Pros

      A lot of companies claim to be fast paced, TAIT truly is a dynamic high octane environment. If you're someone who enjoys consistent challenge and out of the box thinking then this is a good place for you.

      Cons

      The same as the pros! It's a high octane environment and things are constantly being evolved and revamped. If you're a "do it once and then stick with it" kind of person this environment is going to frustrate you.

      Only company of it's kind

      No other place can you work on these types of projects and interact with this level of experts and Craftsman

      Cons

      HR is inconsistent and has super high turnover so issues/processes are dropped. Low number of holidays and vacation time acrual
