A great team of people, relaxed atmosphere. Sense of ownnership encouraged with your role.

Cons

Can be quite labour intensive at times, but that's an overstatement. Can't really think of anything.

HR is inconsistent and has super high turnover so issues/processes are dropped. Low number of holidays and vacation time acrual
