Pros

Work is easy, coworkers become friends, random employee appreciation events, they seem to always strive to try and improve the company.

Cons

LONG HOURS <-- NO LIFE, constant rework which is a headache, no accountability, upper level management I feel doesn't have a great grasp on what is actually going on.

Company is in transition

Pros

- A lot of the projects are diverse and challenging - Great people, although it feels like a lot of them continue to leave - Consistent efforts within the company to make it a great culture - Benefits are ok

Cons

- There isn't a ton of transparency when it comes to changes within the company - There is little room for growth opportunities; pay increases are not great and the company feels more committed to growth and profits than to their own people. It feels like it is becoming a corporatized hollowed out version of itself - Tumultuous amount of change over the past couple years (both good and bad) and constant fear of layoffs

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We appreciate your recognition of our people, projects, and ongoing efforts to build a strong culture. We also hear your concerns around transparency, growth opportunities, and the impact of ongoing change. The past few years have brought significant transition, and we recognize that clearer communication—especially around organizational changes—is critical. This is an area we continue to work on. Our people and culture remain central to who we are at TAIT, and feedback like this helps inform how we move forward. Thank you for sharing your perspective.
