End products are interesting and fun to see to completion

Cons

Lack of HR dedication to employees and their concerns. Managers-leaders are extremely hostile and borderline harassing culture. Many of the managers are “tenure” so no matter how horrible or harassing they are, HR does not intervene. Pay is in the lower 20% of the industry. Expected to work and be available via your personal cell phone at any moment, even for salary jobs.

Pros

Some of the loveliest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Nice enough role, busy but varied. Can sometimes be hectic but fine with some proper guidance.

Cons

Disorganized management. Pay not great. Lack of diversity in the company really spooked me. Manipulative and untrustworthy HR team. Barely any support given in role as line manager always too busy. Unsympathetic and sincere lack of compassion towards personal / medical issues.
