Pros

* Speedy Interview Process: My interview experience at TAIT was refreshingly quick - three conversations and an offer within two weeks! The team was honest and up front, addressing a lot of my concerns and curiosities throughout the process. * Creative & Collaborative Culture: TAIT is full of super smart and creative people who are passionate about their work. There's a strong sense of collaboration and a fun atmosphere. * Exciting Growth: This is a fast-paced company undergoing a lot of positive change. There have been recent acquisitions and the company is emerging from the pandemic, which means there's a lot of opportunity to be part of shaping this global organization. * Strong & Strategic Leadership: While there has been some turnover in People Operations, TAIT now has several strong, strategic leaders in place with a clear vision for the company's future, bringing new processes and systems into play.

Cons

* Change Management: If you thrive in a stable environment, TAIT might be a bit of an adjustment. There's a lot of positive change happening, but it also means you need to be comfortable adapting and being part of the solution. * Staying Focused in a Chatty Environment: The fast-paced culture can include a lot of communication on Slack. This can be great for collaboration, but it also requires strong boundaries and project management skills to stay focused on your own tasks. * Compensation Benchmarking in Progress: The company is currently working on compensation benchmarking to ensure they stay competitive within the industry and in comparison to adjacent industries. While this is a positive step, it means salary discussions take extra time.
