Pros

-The projects. Always really cool, amazing what the finished product end up as. -Fast Paced, wont get bored. -Always changing environment (projects and footprint) -Ability to showcase individual skills. Lots of problem solving baked into quick turn project cycles, often times not micromanaged. -Very large operation that works together to deliver projects.

Cons

-Sometimes too many hours -Lots of false starts, parts changing or no longer needed -Not a lot of Standards or Consistency in what to do or how to do it. -Asked to do a lot of tasks outside of typical job duties.

Leaning towards extreme corporate culture

Pros

Challenging work that requires extensive troubleshooting skills. Unique opportunities to work on the largest productions in the world. Opportunity to travel the world.

Cons

Becoming more and more corporate. Constantly prioritizing growth over quality. Constantly understaffed on many projects. Hours can be extreme, sometimes 16-20hrs a day. A severe lack of accountability for the same mistakes being made over and over again. This oftentimes means being a punching bag on site for the client even though it may not be your fault. When concerns are brought up; upper management is very good at saying the right things but rarely does it actually affect change.

Great place to work!

Pros

-Room for growth if you apply yourself. -Understanding/respectful work environment. -Very helpful (if willing to put your ego aside and ask questions).

Cons

-Pay visibility (feels like management/HR doesn't want anyone to know what current base salaries/hourly rates are for their positions). -In order to move up, you need to be willing to put the hours in and lean into the process. -Lots of changes, little visibility as to why, and expect to adjust to them.
