      Work the system, and you can make a shiny penny Good benefits Cheap to live in Lititz, PA You work with smart people You work on some pretty cool stuff Certain jobs allow extensive world travel

      Cons

      Not much on the job training. No one cares about your personal life, they just need you to drop everything and get the job done. No employee advocate. Company advocates for clients more than their own people. Equipment isn't R&D'd/tested before it is sold and promised to client

      Amazingly creative company to work for.

      Cons

      They grew too fast in the past 3 years and are now top heavy with upper management and staff that doesn't generate revenue. They have a sloppy HR department that is only a year old even though the company has been around for 20 years. They do not keep their promises and don't treat their employees well. Myself and a few other employees were let go with no good reason even after receiving good reviews. If you want to work there get everything in writing and watch your back.
