Pros

Very lenient. Takes a lot to be disciplined for anything. Allow you to eat at your workstation Most people are easy to get along with.

Cons

They just want warm bodies. They'll hire anyone off the street who don't care about their job, so many tasks end up being 10 times as complicated as they should be because people are constantly messing things up without repercussion. If you take pride in your work and hate lazy incapable individuals, this place isn't for you

I love(d) the team of folks I work(ed) with. New management is moving in the right direction and I am disappointed my position is being eliminated.

Cons

Lots of tribal knowledge and resistance to change. Disconnect between realities of job/work and how management thinks it is/should be.
