Pros

Signed recently some large deals here at Piedmont, looking for growth. Management was fair enough to give us bonuses for 2020 which was Covid year - I did not expect it.

Cons

Middle and lower management is highly compartmentalized and tribal. Any attempt at identifying waste, improvements or quality issues is seen as a threat to status quo and jeopardizes your future
