Motivated team but unfair variable pay policy

Motivated team and reporting manager Good place to learn

Cons

Really bad for employee if they decide to leave the organisation before June ( apparently if the employee is not part of the organisation ON THE DAY OF VARIABLE PAY ANNOUNCEMENT, THEY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE PAYOUT . It doesn’t matter if you had contributed for 1 day or 11 months. My previous organisation BOSCH had paid the variable pay based on the number of days served. This is the difference between organisations once focuses on its own interests and the other focuses on the employee.
