      1. Flexible work timing 2. Good company as a first job 3. You can learn the technology easily. 4. Challenging work/responsibility at early stage in career

      Cons

      1. Management is not transparent. Makes continuous experiments on the employs, in the name of growth, but till now not successful. 2. Resources are not used uniformly. 3. No extra benefits or perks 4. Managers without domain knowledge 5. Freely communicate the financial quarter results in time. (Don't suppress the financial quarter results, as to disperse the variable components to the employee)

      job culture is satisfactory, work u do is very good, complete friendly environment, open door culture, little onsite scope, more scratch projects

      less onsite chances, less clients, mere less importance in team work, management interests, incompletion of projects, initiation of projects without prior design
