Pros

Some good projects but these are few and far between. The Tata name has some value and respect with other companies

Cons

Pathetic HR policies and management Senior Management lacks vision and competence; and the only reason they are there appears to be that the MD is keeping them by shuffling the same roles between the same set of people

1. Quite Challenging work 2. Some groups work on very latest technologies & solutions. If you work in those groups it is nice. 3. One of the very few companies that work on image processing, Mac etc. 4. Good quality procedures for a company of this small size. CMMI etc. 5. Funny looking archiac UI (place)

Cons

1. Pay is bad. For a fresher good work may compensate this. For seniors is even more pathetic even from their own Cousin TCS 2. Focus on training is bad. People are expected to fend for themselves. Training focus can improve. 5. Funny looking archiac UI (place) (it is both a pro & a con!!)

Best known for Electronics background which I have done. Known for under Tata Group of Companies. Provides exposure on different technologies and can be work on different domian. Job Security.

Cons

Provides transparency between Employer and the Employee. Should improved Employee salary.
