Management buys BMW X5s while giving employees a delayed hike of 5 percent quoting bad company performance

There are a few, but the cons erase the pros

Cons

Shameless higher management give themselves high hikes and promotions every year and give the rest of the employees peanuts in the name of hikes and even that is always delayed. The last 5 years, the hikes given across the company didn't average more than 5 percent while higher management purchased luxury cars during the same time with promotions and high salary hikes for themselves.
