Being part of Young teams gives you a chance to learn as a lot of responsibility is given to you. You get to work hands on on good projects. Big learning curve.

Cons

Salary not up to industry standards well below industry standards for the kind of work you are made to do and for the number of hours you are made to work. Infrastructure is bad and is below par. Horrible machines.
