      Pros

      A great workplace to learn and master new skills. Hand-on experience. Tasks are distributed fairly. Expectations are clear. I know what I should focus on and what is expected of me. The job pays well. Benefits are offered (health insurance, 401k, and more).

      Cons

      Busy schedule. Workload is tough but manageable.

      They make things more complicated

      Pros

      I enjoyed my work, what I do, and my colleagues were good and fun.

      Cons

      The job would've been good if it wasn't for our manager and senior director. They don't get along very well and make things complicated for us than what it's supposed to be.
