Pros

There are some, but very few, good people that work there. They made time there much better than it actually was.

Cons

If you're not "one of the boys" you'll never go anywhere in this company. They basically know that there are not a lot of options in that area of South Florida so expect to get paid far less than your value and don't expect to go anywhere up the corporate ladder. Management is extremely unprofessional, lacks direction and provides no guidance on how to approach the goals set by the company. They are also quick to blame others if you execute projects based on their direction and it doesn't play out they way they expect it to. Management plays favorites, promoting people based on their "personal situations" and not their abilities. You'll ask yourself often..."what exactly does that person do there?" and "how did that person get promoted?". Positions are never posted where others can throw their hats in the ring and apply. If positions are posted, they are already in the process of filling the positions while others waste their time applying with the false hope of moving up in the organization. Execs bring in their buddies from other companies with no experience or expertise. Execs are completely dependent on the people who actually do the work while they take all the credit. None could actually sit down and explain why they make the decisions they make. They rely on the expertise of the people downstream or 3rd party partners to make them look good and come up with ideas. If you can, find another place to work. You'll be happier if you do.
