Aside from the regular paycheck you get from working here. I can't think of anything else.

Cons

Terrible management style. Constant overtime up to 60 hours work week. No work-life balance. No room for advancement. You name it, they probably have your worst nightmare for a work environment here.

The pay is good but it's definitely not worth it.

Cons

This company has a hostile work environment. No one likes to work in this kind of environment, but I guess enough people are desperate enough to work here. Management does not take responsibility for their actions, and they probably believe that they are perfect too. The communication is also lacking, and it feels like they deliberately make communication difficult so they won't have to hear from employees.
