      Pros

      Benefits are good - matching 401K, discount on automotive services.

      Cons

      Endless bureaucracy, internal politics, and mediocre leadership. Be sure to negotiate a good starting salary, because if you come in too low, your later compensation with likely be low as well, and you'll be looking at the job market once again.

      There were no pros to list or this company.

      Cons

      The CEO was a terrible human being. He ripped me apart in front of a table full of my coworkers, asked if I have mental disorder, and told that the company obviously lot when it took a gamble by hiring me. I cried every single day while in training. Trust me, they were all liars and snakes. Stay far away.

      Lots of office gossip and lack of proper training and onboarding

      There were friendly and helpful coworkers.

      Cons

      There was a lack of human relations and professionalism on the office. There was a lot of gossiping. 9 time out of 10 some is talking about you behind your back. There was no proper training and onboarding for hew hires, You are expected to learn everything on your own. Management left it up to employees to train newbies.
