This company definitely has the willingness to invest in people. There is a lot of opportunity to grow your career and advance through the company as long as you are the type to take ownership your career development and be vocal. Great atmosphere and great potential to become an industry leaders

Cons

There are a lot of different brands that make up the company, which makes it difficult for the company to develop a consistent message/culture/identity

Retail discounts. Casual Fridays. Free air conditioning. Free breakfasts on Fridays- donuts, etc. Hiring freezes frequent, which means job security.

Cons

Pay is low. They get away with this as everyone wants to live in South Florida. Not a lot of choices for employment.
