It's hard to adapt

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

You'll get used to it in time and learn. But then the stress would already start to

Cons

Lack of support and guidance for new employees, makes them so confused in their everyday work. The stress reach to very high levels for trying to catch up but still gets management disappointed. It's hard for newcomers to adapt, and they need persistence. Please do not leave your other job to come to this one, you will be sorry

Thank you for sharing your past experience as a team member. We maintain high benchmarks of quality and regret that we did not live up to our standards in your case. Being a global leader in the replacement tire and automotive service industry is a challenging endeavor, and our organization is a work in progress. Therefore, we welcome constructive criticism and will do our best to address any issues brought to our attention.

Pros

Not many besides having a job. This could be a great company but its known where technology comes to die.

Cons

Senior IT Manangement, technology and culture is stuck in the 1970s. Office Employees are forced to come back to work during Covid because of the decrepit mentality that you have to see people to know their busy...the heads of IT are anti-technology, dont believe in the cloud, dont believe in SaaS, Seriously 2 decades behind, Cant imagine this company staying afloat with no vision or foresight. Stay far waay if you have any self respect. Oh and nepotism runs wild, the IT leaders that do it think its cute it only makes them and significant others look pathetic.

High pressure but no promotions

Pros

I did not lose my job due to the pandemic

Cons

The pressure to perform is hig, but the scope or growth or advancement within the company is quite low. I have seen many capable employees stuck in the same place for years. I wanted to avoid such fate, so i quit when I got a better opportunity.
