      Make serious changes to workloads and culture

      Pros

      It seems like a good job at start but becomes worse as time passes.

      Cons

      Very bad and negative work culture, that promotes overwork and politics, which result in people fall mentally and physically ill. Let me also add how the management is a mess, and does not care about the employees' needs and concerns. They don't help you out but always find ways to put you to work with tons of loads and will never appreciate you. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for employment.

      The pay is good but it's definitely not worth it.

      Cons

      This company has a hostile work environment. No one likes to work in this kind of environment, but I guess enough people are desperate enough to work here. Management does not take responsibility for their actions, and they probably believe that they are perfect too. The communication is also lacking, and it feels like they deliberately make communication difficult so they won't have to hear from employees.

      You gain some experience in the field.

      Cons

      This belongs to one of the companies to avoid. The work atmosphere is very hostile and distressing because of horrible management. You will be in constant stress because managers do not hold themselves accountable and will blame employees for their errors. They also handle employees through fear, so relaxing and having fun is not an option here.
