      I can't find anything good here.

      Cons

      The biggest problem with this place is that the management isn't real. They think they have hired Batman or Superman when it comes to work. No NORMAL HUMAN can tolerate the pressure they put for long. I had to give up and look for another job.

      Working here could be perfect because of the decent benefits and the wide opportunity for career growth. However, the high expectation and pressure put on our shoulders are sometimes unbearable. It seems like no matter how hard you work, you will never be good enough for the management.
