      Pros

      They were among the most renowned names in placement tires and the anutomotive service industry. It was something that motivated me to join.

      Cons

      The upper management makes every employee feel they have no worth or value. Everyone is supposed to do more and more every day and handle a ton of stress. Beware.

      Tough to stay motivated

      Pros

      Interesting peopel to make friends with. People treat each other very well.

      Cons

      Management is top heavy, not a team environment. Best young talents collected their paychecks and left after getting into better companies. If you like wasting your talent creating nothing of value except slide decks, TBC is the place for YOU!

      They take care of there employees and give them freedom to do there work.

      They push programs that are not always beneficial based on the franchise agreeement.
