      Challenging and Fun

      Pros

      TBC has a great team work atmosphere I always appreciated. Challenging at times but very rewarding at the end. Worked with many different departments and people across the nation and made great friendships and relationships.

      Cons

      Only con I could complain about is the travel involved taking me away from my family. And due to company restructuring I was laid off back in May 31st. I have no I’ll will towards this company as they were always good to myself and my family Over the years.

      operation is already set in place. manage the day to day operation your job is safe, so long as you show up to work

      Cons

      inconsistent workflow poor accountability not enough KPI's to actually run effectively if your intent is growth then try elsewhere
