      There's no teamwork

      Pros

      Colleagues were smart and friendly. They were nice to talk to only if we're not working If it comes to work, it was every man for himself all the time.

      Cons

      Long term employees were not valued; departments were competitive and not team players. Company culture was non-existent. Low morale. Even people in higher positions were severely underpaid in terms of the industry standard. Most departments were understaffed and over worked.

      It's like offering candies to kids

      The company offers perks and incentives to employees but it's like offering candies to kids.

      Cons

      I thought the job is going to be simple and easy, and though it actually was, it was the stress that made it a horrible one. There were too many people who act like bosses and there are too many conflicts happening inside.
